We provide one cooler stocked with 24-30 bottles of water for our guests.

The Trolley is handicap-accessible with a hydraulic lift and can accommodate up to two wheel chairs. (please call ahead for arrangements)
A built in microphone and MP3 player allows the driver or guide to spotlight sites, scenic vistas, and provide a short history of areas attractions, as well as the history of the Willamette Valley American Viticulture Area and the Six Sub-American Viticulture Area's which produce the award winning wines that will be experienced during the tours.

The hourly rate will apply from the time the event is scheduled to start until the event is scheduled to finish. Additional time would be priced at the hourly rate.

Location fee may apply. This charge will be based on distance to and from pick up and drop off location.

We can help Customize your event and will work with the Event Planner on scheduling activities that may be of interest to the Group.

A lunch fare will be made available (not included in the cost of the packages). Menu's will be provided for the Group selections prior to the outing.

Our Winery tours are more than just wine tasting. The Wineries that are on our tours will present their wine selections in a manner that will create a quality wine experience. Their wines will be presented with an explanation of what makes each of the American Viticulture Area in Oregon unique. This will make for a more complete understanding and appreciation for the wines being presented.

Yamhill County Lavender Festival 6 Hour Tour Special: $125.00 per person
Special off for July 14, 2012 & July 15, 2012. This is a fun filled day of: Lavender, Flowers, Herbs, Wine, Music, Shopping, Special Demonstrations, and lots of fun. We will be traveling through Yamhill County stopping at: Fox Farms to see lavender, flowers, herbs, olive oil tasting and Durant's Wines new tasting room. Then off we go to Yamhill's Beulah Park for festival fun, Music, flowers, food, drinks, and demonstrations. After lunch we go to the Red Barn for another great shopping experience. Bring you camera and dress for the weather. (Wine tasting, food, shopping purchases and gratuities are not included in this special.) Pickup location: Sherwood, Oregon at 10:00 am. Reservations are required. Bring a canned food item to help support the local food drive.

Water Fall Tour Special: $100.00 per person
Bring your camera and dress for the weather. You will get to travel the scenic Historic Columbia River Gorge Highway. This old highway has several wonderful view points for you to overlook the Columbia River Gorge. As we travel this beautiful highway we stop at each of the waterfalls for you to view them. You will have time to take some short hikes to get better views to capture them with your camera. We try to select a pickup location that will be easy for you and for any others who will be attending this tour. Lunch is not included with the fee for this tour. This is a fun tour. You will have lunch either at Multnomah Falls or Cascade Locks depending on the time we arrive at Multnomah Falls. We will stop at the Bonneville Dam and the fish hatchery. On the travel home we will follow the Columbia River on Highway 84. This tour is about 8 to 9 hours with counting the time for lunch.

Wine Tour Special: $64.00 per person
This Three Winery Tour has: Quality Customer Service giving you a wonderful wine tasting experience, Gourmet Appetizers, Chocolate Treats and Photos of your tour. Wine tasting fees are not included in this tour. You can pick three wineries that you would like to visit within the same region or let us take you on a wine tour journey. This tour is a relaxing wine experience.

Policies No Smoking on board No open containers or drinking in vehicles (other then water) Deposit: one half of tour with the balance due two weeks prior to event day. Balance to be paid in full one week before event day. Cancellation: $50 non-refundable one week prior to event.
